A Statement from CC Moore & Co Ltd ***UPDATED 09/07/2020***

In light of the significant impact on businesses and the general public of the Covid-19 pandemic, please see the following update on the operational status of CC Moore & Co Ltd.

We are open for business and continuing with the supply of our products through our website at www.ccmoore.com

We will continue to operate as normally as possible until such time as we are instructed to do otherwise by the UK Government. We will continue to monitor the advice to businesses as provided by the UK Government.

The welfare of our staff is of paramount importance to us. As responsible employers, we continue to work to ensure that extensive measures are in place on all sites to minimise the risk of infection or spread of Covid-19 and to protect the welfare of those staff at work. Some staff are working from home where feasible

Due to the impact of social distancing measures we are operating with a reduced staff. Because of this, and a massive and unprecedented increase in orders due to the gradual easing of lockdown measures there may be some delays to the fulfilment of orders for delivery.

Deliveries are being undertaken by our courier partners who have now implemented ‘Contact Free’ delivery. This means you will not be required to physically sign the handheld scanner as the driver will do this on your behalf when leaving your parcel with you.

However, courier delivery services remain under severe pressure at this time, so there may be occasional delays to delivery compared to normal.

We are now accepting orders for collection, but PLEASE BE AWARE YOU MUST SPECIFY A COLLECTION DATE when ordering and please adhere to this date. You will only be able to enter into the lobby area of the warehouse, where you will need to ring the bell and wait to be met by a member of staff who will arrange your order to be brought to the door. Please do not attempt to enter further into the warehouse. There will not be the opportunity to browse or to make amendments to an online order when arriving for collection.

We are not able to comment on the operational status of third-party stockists or other online suppliers of our products.
