ULTRA CRANBERRY ESSENCE

This beautifully sweet cranberry flavour can be added to almost any type of base mix, producing a rounded summer fruit aroma that will compliment the natural aroma of most ingredients. In recent years, cranberry has been popularly combined with fish flavours to create a more complex label that fish find very attractive, as well as still being very effective when used in mixes as the sole flavour.

Ingredients that work particularly well with Ultra Cranberry Essence are: Fish and shellfish meals, milk proteins and powders, Poultry Protein Meal, Tiger Nut Extract, Super Cherry Amino Compound etc.

Recommended inclusion level: Up to 5ml/lb depending on the ingredients and additives used.
