STEEPED BLACK TIGERS

This incredible product has created huge waves throughout the 'higher echelons' of the carp angling world. Ever since the first batch was produced they have attracted interest from virtually everyone who has seen them, especially after it emerged that one of the first six bottles produced was used by Ben Hamilton in his capture of 'Arfur' from the Car Park Lake at 51lb+. Many well-known anglers now use them as a serious edge that can produce fish well all else fails.

These legendary nuts have been plant-bred as black and are not dyed to achieve their awesome colour. Cooked in the container with our specially formulated 'steeping' liquid, they are incredibly attractive, very big-fish selective and vastly different to anything else on the market. One of the greatest assets of this product is that it has such a natural appearance. You can easily imagine fish mistaking it for a natural food item that has fallen into the water or a type of larvae that becomes an available food source at certain times of the year.

2009 update:

Following on from Ben Hamilton’s prestigious capture of Yateley’s Arfur in late 2007, Steeped Black Tigers have struck again and again simply proving their outstanding ability to trick the wariest of carp. Used by the impressively capable Phil Buckley in 2008 they proved irresistible to Heather and her colleague, the ultra-elusive ‘Arfur’, for a second time (both from the famous Car Park Lake). Rumour also has it that one of the 3 captures from the Car Park Lake since June 2009 has also been on our Steeped Black Tigers. Again proving that they certainly are a big fish bait for ultra-pressured fish!

Other high profile venues like Wellington Country Park, Roach Pit and others have also witnessed their devastating ability as a big carp catcher; so if you haven't tried them yet then we suggest you do!
