Delivery Times

Our courier delivery service operates on a ‘next working day from dispatch’ basis. When we quote '3 working days delivery', this means a maximum of 3 whole working days from point of order to point of delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Each day, an ordering cut-off time of 2pm applies, by which processing and dispatch will then be moved to the next working day.

So, the following schedule will in most cases apply:

* Please remember: Frozen bait items or freezer baits will not be dispatched on a Friday as this would mean they would travel over the weekend and may not reach their destination in perfect condition. These items would therefore move to the next delivery day, i.e. dispatched on the Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Please note that courier packs only hold parcels up to 300mm x 100mm x 200mm so cannot carry bulky items such as bait buckets or items which do not fit inside this pack, even if they weigh less than 5kg.

 5kg + £9.50 up to 25kg, then an additional 30p/kg thereafter

Unsigned Deliveries

If you are unable to receive your delivery, you can enter special delivery instructions in the 'Comments/Special Delivery Instructions' box on the 'Delivery Information' page of the site. This will allow us to instruct our delivery partners to leave your parcel where you have instructed at your own risk. Any subsequent loss or damage to the parcel or goods are not the responsibility of CC Moore & Co Ltd and as such cannot be replaced or refunded.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address. This card will display a phone number and consignment number. To arrange another delivery time and date, the purchaser must contact the local depot using the number supplied and quote the consignment number shown on the card.

Courier Service

We use APC network to deliver all of our U.K. home delivery parcels and in the main have found their level of service to be of the highest standard. We greatly appreciate comments on your own experiences and obtain regular feedback from our customers to ensure the level of service we aim to provide is also being delivered by our chosen courier company.

Pallet Delivery: For large orders to England and Wales only

This is available for large orders to England and Wales only.

Pallets will be offloaded by tail lift at the delivery address and will not be unpacked/hand unloaded by the driver. Customers who select this option must be certain that their address and recipient is suitable for handling pallet deliveries.

These charges are for 'next working day delivery' (excluding Saturdays).

Collection from Store

This is for collection in person from Stalbridge, Dorset DT10 2LR or Unit 12-13, Granby Court, Weymouth Dorset DT4 9XB.

When wishing to collect your completed bait order please contact us by telephone on 01963 362234 to confirm the date, time and collection point for your order.

Overseas and Non-UK-Mainland Delivery

If you do not live in one of the stated countries and wish to place an order, please email us at mail@ccmoore.net for details.

Each parcel is carefully weighed and cannot exceed (weigh more than) 30kg including packaging. If an order exceeds 30kg in weight it will be subject to a combination of charges.

Example: an order weighing 50kg will be priced as 2 x 'Up to 30kg' cost. An order of this weight to be sent to Sweden would cost £72.00

Unless listed in the table below, online orders cannot automatically select European carriage charges. Email mail@ccmoore.net for details.

Please Note: Due to transit times we are unable to send our freezer baits to European destinations. However, many foreign customers have used our Odyssey XXX, Meteor and Live System shelf-life baits and have greatly improved their catch rates.
