Please note that courier packs only hold parcels up to 300mm x 100mm x 200mm so cannot carry bulky items such as bait buckets or items which do not fit inside this pack, even if they weigh less than 5kg.

Transit Times

When we quote '72hr Courier Delivery', this means a maximum of 72hrs from point of order to point of delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Orders placed between Friday 2pm and Monday 2pm will be despatched on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders received before 2pm by phone or online, will be despatched on the next working day on a 24hr service. If an order is received after 2pm on a Tuesday (for example), it will be processed on Wednesday, will leave on Thursday on a 24hr service, and will arrive with you on Friday.

Each courier delivery is made on a next working day service.

Please remember: Frozen bait items or freezer baits will not be despatched on Fridays as this means they would travel over the weekend and may not reach their destination in perfect condition.

Unsigned Deliveries

If you are unable to receive your delivery, you can enter special delivery instructions in the 'Comments/Special Delivery Instructions' box on the 'Delivery Information' page of the site. This will allow us to instruct our delivery partners to leave your parcel where you have instructed at your own risk. Any subsequent loss or damage to the parcel or goods are not the responsibility of CC Moore & Co Ltd and as such cannot be replaced or refunded.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address. This card will display a phone number and consignment number. To arrange another delivery time and date, the purchaser must contact the local depot using the number supplied and quote the consignment number shown on the card.

Courier Service

We use APC network to deliver all of our U.K. home delivery parcels and in the main have found their level of service to be of the highest standard. We greatly appreciate comments on your own experiences and obtain regular feedback from our customers to ensure the level of service we aim to provide is also being delivered by our chosen courier company.

Please note: Due to transit times we regret that we are unable to send frozen goods into N. Ireland or R.O.I. However, we are able to produce our own successful freezer baits in a shelf-life version for you. See NEW Shelf Life Baits.

Non-Mainland U.K. Delivery Costs

Each parcel is carefully weighed and cannot exceed (weigh more than) 30kg including packaging. If an order exceeds 30kg in weight it will be subject to a combination of charges.

Example: an order weighing 50kg will be priced as 2 x 'Up to 30kg' cost. An order of this weight to be sent to Sweden would cost £68.00

Please Note: Due to transit times we are unable to send our freezer baits to European destinations. However, many foreign customers have used our Odyssey XXX, Meteor and Live System shelf-life baits and have greatly improved their catch rates.
