1. Using the product index listed vertically on the left of your screen you can navigate the site to find the items you wish to buy. This can also be done by using the 'Product Search'  facility on the horizontally listed index along the top of your screen.
    

2. Once you have identified the product and volume/size of your choice, click on the corresponding button. Please note that all prices quoted include VAT where applicable, but do not include delivery charges.
    

3. This will immediately show you the products you have selected (in your shopping basket) and offers you to 'Recalculate,' 'Clear Shopping Cart,' 'Continue Shopping' or 'Check Out.'
    

4.  'Recalculate' will recalculate your total order value to confirm it is correct whereas 'Clear Shopping Cart' will clear all items from your cart so you can commence shopping again. 'Continue Shopping' will allow you to add more items to your order and 'Check Out' will take you through to enter your billing information.
    

5. At the 'Check Out' point you will see your guarantee and will be asked to enter your full address, contact and payment information. You will see your full order, with any applicable discount and the defaulted shipping method and charge. If your shipping charge should be different to the defaulted charge then please opt for it at this point.
    
   N.B. Please remember that bait buckets of any size will not fit into the 'Courier Pack Delivery' option. If you choose this option you may delay the delivery of your goods, as it will be amended by CC Moore & Co Ltd.
    

6. Near the bottom of the 'Check Out' page there is a 'Comments/Special Delivery Instructions' box. Please enter any instructions in this area if your order is to be left without a signature at your own risk. 
    

7. At the bottom of the 'Check Out' page there are statements that need to be declared before the transaction is confirmed. The two options at the bottom of the page are to either 'Submit Order' or 'Cancel.' Once the order is submitted you will receive an order confirmation email from CC Moore & Co Ltd.
    
   N.B. If you do not receive an email confirmation from CC Moore & Co Ltd you should assume your order attempt has not been successful.
    

8. When you place an order online you can rest assured that our server connections are secure, no-one else can view your card details. The company we use to handle our secure online shopping system are registered with Verisign. You can check out their authorisation by clicking on the Verisign symbol on the order form. All information entered on your order form is transmitted in an encrypted form using the highest level SSL encryption, protecting it against disclosure to third parties.
