1st place and the £1000 first prize was taken by Chris Roberts who banked 19 carp for a BHCC match record of 244lb 12oz using CC Moore Live System boilies. Chris has also used Live System throughout the winter and spring on other fisheries and has banked a number of fish when the conditions have been extremely tough. This bait confidence certainly helped Chris but was also shared by Dave Bowden who finished in second place.

Dave recently caught a cracking brace of 30s from another venue and again using Live System for the Big Hayes Carp Challenge finished in second place with 16 fish for 203lb 9oz which earned him the hefty cash reward of £750.
