Myles ahead of the game ... again

North West hotshot Myles Gibson has struck an early blow on the challenging Linch Hill Complex by netting the first Carp of the year from the Christchurch venue. After spotting and lightly baiting a scattering of fish which seemed happy in an accessible area of the big fish water, Myles landed this stunning 41lb 4oz common known as ‘The Perch Common’.

Using his favoured winter bait option of CC Moore Live System (with a little modification) combined with loose fed maggots, Myles slipped his net under the sought after specimen drawing to an end the 3-month+ blank that has been endured by all the members.
