Mark is a well respected, Kent-based angler who over a number of years has targeted and caught some of the most sought-after fish in the home counties area. Mark has been greatly involved in the carp fishing and bait industry for a good many years and has a wealth of knowledge in both areas that we are certainly looking forward to using. Dave came to CC Moore & Co Ltd and expressed a wish to work with us in formulating a bait that would be of the very highest quality, maximising his chances of catching some of the most pressured fish in the land; we were delighted to be given the opportunity and look forward to being a part of his undoubtedly bright future within carp angling.

Jim Shelley

As one of the most prolific catchers of big fish in the U.K. Jim has caught a vast number of huge carp from waters that are regarded as the toughest in modern day carp angling. You name them and he's been there and caught them, Wraysbury, Conningbrook, Horton, Kingsmead, Fen Drayton, Toll Pits, Longfield Road Lake, etc, etc, - a quick flick through his last book is like reading a who's who of famous carp.

Using CC Moore's extensive range of high quality bait products, Jim feels he has added another massive string to his bow in his quest to go on catching our country's most sought after carp.

Terry Lampard 

Well, what can you say about the legend that is Terry Lampard! Unquestionably one of the greatest specimen anglers of all-time, he has won The Drennan Cup on an unprecedented five occasions for his consistent captures of huge fish of all different species. His unswerving commitment and appetite for angling success are quite astonishing with attention to detail being a major weapon in his armoury.

With more years experience than he would care to remember and an absolute ambassador for our sport, we were flattered to hear his comments about our popular Intense Cooked Particles range.

Kevin Wilson 

As we still see ourselves as an up and coming force within the carp bait industry, we are always very keen to supply those up and coming anglers who we feel are set to have a bright future within the sport. Kevin is undoubtedly one of these anglers and whilst some may argue he has already 'arrived' after a superb season on Stoneacres last year, we are certain that his carp catching ability will see him record many more notable results in the coming years. Paul Hunt 

With bags of experience of U.K. angling from fishing many of the 'circuit' waters along the south coast, Paul has become very well known as the organising guide for Rainbow Carp Tours in France. With the previous (and possibly still) World Record and many other enormous Carp swimming around in Rainbow Lake, Paul's requirement for quality bait products is absolutely unquestionable. Gary Lewis

After an incredible string of results on the extremely difficult Yateley Carp Park Lake in 2006, Gary has again exceeded most people's expectations of what can be achieved in one season on the equally tough St Ives water. Accounting for all but one of the carp stock in less than a single season including the Fat Lady at 56lb, Gary has once again proven himself to be a quite exceptional angler who obviously knows more than a thing or two about catching carp.

Just a quick note as I recently used your Odyssey XXX with great results in France. Over 3 nights (!) I caught: 57.12m, 52.10m, 47.12m, 46.08m, 43.08m, 41.02c, 40.08m, 10 x 30s to 39.12 and 11 x 20s to 29.08. I used Odyssey XXX boilies over parti-blend with a few of my own additives.

I would just like to say thanks for a top quality and ask you to keep up the good work!

Dear All,

Firstly I must apologise for the delay in sending this email, I first had the pleasure of your services in May this year.

A friend had said he was getting me some bait for my annual fishing trip to France but at the last minute let me down. I decided to purchase some from you, as with a small detour I would be able to visit your Stalbridge shop to collect which was on route to the ferry terminal. 

I spoke to Ian about your various baits and decided on 12kg of Meteor boilies plus a few other goodies. Upon saying that I was planning to collect on route from my home in Oxford to the ferry terminal at Weymouth, Ian said that he could arrange for my goods to be taken to your Weymouth branch where I could then collect. This was duly agreed and did indeed save me the hassle of taking the detour. I made the collection and just made the ferry with minutes to spare although my bait was in perfect condition I must add. 

The trip was a complete success with me managing to up my personal best twice with a mirror of 42lb10oz (below) followed later in the week by a common of 49lb 12oz (below) which was also a new lake record. 

My girlfriend also got in on the action with a 35lb personal best mirror as well.

The story does not end there though as a couple of months later whilst near Weymouth I decided that I needed some more bait and may be able to collect from you upon my return journey home. So once again I phoned and ask if it was possible, to which the answer was positive.

So my thanks to you all for helping out twice and at short notice on both occasions. I feel that this is some of the best customer service I have received in years.

Dear all at CC Moore,

Well, I've had a weekend to remember thanks to your bait!!!! After a long drought on the carp front I finally broke it with a PB carp at my local carp fishery.

This was all down to the quality of your XXX base mix, which I've recently started using. The carp weighed in at 36lb 4oz (see right) and as you can see by the picture was a stunner.
