Spencer Wright

Spencer has been catching big fish from venues around the South of England for a good many years and makes a valued member of the CC Moore team.

Coming from the Isle of Wight, Spencer’s commitment to catching big fish has never been in question, having to cross to the mainland for many of the waters he has fished over the last ten or more years. In each case he has always managed to catch consistently even when he has been at a real disadvantage due to significant time and travelling constraints.

On the island his preparation and attention to detail have undoubtedly helped him achieve the quite astonishing results he has had, but on the mainland he really has often been at a great disadvantage to others, not being able to visit venues until he actually fishes them. This has rarely stood in his way and makes Spencer a great example of what can be achieved with talent, commitment and the ability to think outside the box.

Spencer has years of experience in making his own baits and hookbaits and really is an angler to watch for great tips on bait-related ideas. Catching more than 10 x 35lb+ fish in his first year with CC Moore, anyone who strives to be a successful big fish angler really should watch this space for proven technical and tactical content.
