We recently went on a fishing holiday (18th May – 25th May 2013) at Le Queroy in South west France. My husband had an unbelievable week and caught 41 fish in t;otal which included 17 x 40s and 3 x 50s. The weather was terrible for the first 3 days and we had none stop rain.
50LB Treble: What a result!
Richard Widdison from Swadlincote, Derbyshire bagged a treble with a brace of 50lb fish from his recent fishing trip to Le Queroy in South west France.
Pictured is a cracking 50lb 8oz linear, the lakes largest linear.
Fishing the large lake for 5 days and baiting up other, single acre lake, which he later moved over to fish for the remaining 2 days of his trip.
In this lake Richard caught a 50lb 6oz mirror and the lake largest fish known to be in the little lake at 56lb 9oz, a gorgeous mirror.
Richard used Live System for all of his catches.
Around 1kg of freebies were scattered over a wide area and cast to at around 40yds. Hook baits were presented on a size 6 Korda Kurv shank, 15lb N-Trap soft weedy green with a blow back single bottom 18mm CC Moore, thats what done the business all week.
Richard also used a 2oz flat pear bomb with a stick mix to out-wit some of the residents.
What an awesome result this was, 3 50′s in a week is awesome angling in anyones book. It just shows the instant-attraction that the Live System is famous for, it continues to work wonders all over the lakes in the UK, France and globally.
Heres Richards pics from his red-letter week.
